Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is the National Course of The Appraisal Foundation. This course covers the ten USPAP Standards and their implementation, as well as the ethical responsibility of licensed and certified appraisers. Course material is from The Appraisal Foundation and is taught by a certified Appraisal Foundation instructor. The exam at the conclusion of the course is the official Appraisal Foundation exam.
